Return Policy

Authorization
All returns must be authorized by Coeur. A Customer Service Representative will advise you of the return authorization number and proper shipment method. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Process
Please contact customer service via e-mail (customer.service@coeurinc.com) or phone at 800-296-5893 to request a return authorization number. Each return request should include:

1.Contact name and address
2.Quantity, catalog number, and lot number of item.
3.Reason for return.

Policy
We will accept the return of saleable product within a reasonable time-frame (ie., 60 days from receipt of product) with the following exceptions:
•Sterile product that has expired.
•Opened boxed product.
•Custom or products made to customer specifications.
•Products returned in other than original packaging.

The Customer is responsible for the return freight costs and a 20% restocking fee with the exception of product damaged in shipment or a Coeur error.
